RETURN POLICY

Please be informed that we do not accept returns of goods. All sales are final, and we do not offer returns of goods or refunds, unless the goods are found to be defective, not fit for purpose, inaccurate or there is a missing item in your order, within a 14-day from the day you received your goods.

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information, you can contact us at service@evadonwellness.com

You will get a return shipping label as well as directions on how and where to return your items once the return request is approved. Without our acceptance of the return request, we do not accept returned goods.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please be informed that we do not allow returns for goods. Our sales are considered final. We only provide returns and refunds under specific circumstances, such as when goods are defective, not suitable for their intended purpose, inaccurate, or if there are missing items in your order. All requests for returns or refunds must be submitted within 5 working days upon reception of the goods/ orders. Each request will be individually reviewed for approval. REFUNDS

We will notify you of the status of your return request. The return payment will be automatically paid to your original payment method. Do note that there will be a processing time for the refund amount, and it will be subjected to the respective bank or credit card company.
